| | A Kodiak F.D.T. (Field Dressing Tool) is a necessity for any big game hunter. The model 600 features push/pull hide cutter blades and a replaceable saw blade.
The replaceable saw blade is a radical departure from those typically found on tools of this size-easily cutting 2" diameter limbs and bone in just seconds. Unlike most pocket saws, the Kodiak's blade is designed to cut on the push stroke as well as the pull. The unique push/pull hide-cutter can be used as a standard gut blade when pushed under the hide or as a guthook when pulled. Skinning and field dressing jobs are much easier because you don't have to constantly reposition the knife.
The drop-point blade is designed for convenient, one-hand operation. This is a folding lock back knife (all three blades lock).
